I'm finding myself in the exact ...gooood stuff! I'm finding myself in the exact same spot lately! And I hate dieting too.. its just more rules to break. I've found that limiting portions does a lot to help stay healthy. <br /><br />Get small plates and only eat one plate of food, save the rest. <br /><br />Get kids meals.. they come with cool toys!<br /><br />find filling snacks that are yummy but don't load you up on sugar. I happen to like rice cakes and have recently become obsessed with an almond and pretzel combo. <br /><br />also, drink lots of water. sometimes when you feel hungry, its actually because you are thirsty!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
